This is my 29th official release. “Betsy” is a slow melodic rap track that tells the story of Betsy from Hulu’s “Dopesick.” The story follows Betsy as she gets addicted to oxycontin, the plot from the show, and the results. I feel it is similar in format to Eminem’s “Stan.”

Without needing heroin or other opiate drugs
She tried to get help from the local churches
But lurches just sold her fentenal and perkasets
Doctors tried to help her and get her on suboxone
But her family said it was evil and to just say no
To another drug, until one day it became too much
Betsy overdosed on the streets, never knowing what love was
